I agree with others that Joey had many talents including being a great athlete in school and a leader. It has been many years since we last saw Joey because me and my family moved back to California then back to Texas. I will not forget the many good times me, Joey, Larry, Shannon, Todd, Derald (Babe) and sometimes others would have together. Joey and Larry was like our big brothers and we all looked up to them. Big bro Joey will always have a place in our hearts. Our prayers goes out to the Bell and Sneed family and especially to the wife, children, mother Bell, siblings and friends of Joey. Condolence: Our hearts are saddened by the news of Joey's passing. Joey attended our church in Corsicana Tx. He played his guitar and sang. I remember particularly one song he called "Still holding on" by Crabb family. To me that song is his epitaph. When he sang it most of the congregation was in left in tears.
